PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING STAFF:

3 clinical psychologists, 3social workers, 2 Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (CADAC)

                                              
COUNSELING SERVICES OFFERED:
General Counseling Services (depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, academic stress etc.), Substance Abuse Prevention Services, Sexual Assault Treatment Services, Biofeedback Training, Eating Disorders

 

PREVENTION EDUCATION:

Mental health prevention activities include: Personal Ethics and Education Representatives (PEER), National Year of Health Observances, such as, National Alcohol Screening Day , National Depression Screening Day, National Eating Disorders Awareness Week and Screening Day, Suicide Prevention/Violence Awareness, Sexual Risk Management, Men’s and Women’s Health Education, and Sexual Assault Prevention assistance.  Consultants for staff, faculty, and commanders and cadet military training.
